I just read a blog on a law firms website that was a bit disturbing regarding the cost of contesting a Trust.
I get the fact that contesting a trust can be expensive but if there is CLEAR wrongdoing then cost should not be the overwhelming factor. This is really bad precedent to settle for the sake of not incurring costs when their is clear breach of fiduciary duty, embezzlement, obstruction and perjury.
I also get that lawyers need to make money but our legal system is failing because liars are not held accountable for obvious lying.
